Peachtober Illustrations

Challenge

Peachtober is a daily prompt challenge created for the month of October. The prompts are set by Sha'an d'Anthes, or as she is known online: Furry Little Peach. The personal challenge for me was the commitment to create and post on instagram an illustration each day. The series of illustrations had to have the same style and aesthetic quality, so at the end of the month, they could be collated as a cohesive stamp collection illustration.

To ensure a cohesive style, I chose a set colour palette, used limited brushes and textures and depicted simplified forms. I also reused visual motifs throughout the illustrations.

Outcome

The final outcome is a cohesive series of illustrations and process videos created on procreate and posted daily to Instagram.
